How We Work
New To OOMEDICS
Our fully managed service can start as soon as you chose us to serve you. We will keep you in the loop with our preparations to begin our services at your facility. We will inform you off all the work we will need to do to keep your facility complaint_ with your input of course. The operations team will be introduced to you face to face before the service commencement date and a robust, tested communication system put in place.
Your assigned Service manager will commit to visiting the facility regularly to assess progress and work with the designated facility manager within your organisation to conduct regular audits which will shine the light on areas which might need to be fine-tuned.

Training Programmee
At OOMEDICS, we understand the importance of training our team to be able to deliver the high standards of service we promise our clients. For this reason, all our team members undergo a detailed induction session on their first day on the job. This is followed by six monthly and annual training sessions in various areas which are recorded. Other than these, team members receive ad hoc training from their service manager to enable us deliver on our promises.
